Kelly founded Re:evaluate Consulting to support non-profit, public health, and human service organizations in achieving their goals and planning for the future. With over 18 years leading evaluations of state and federal health and human service programs, Kelly brings a wealth of mixed-methods evaluation experience and creative problem-solving strategies. She also has extensive organizational development experience, specializing in training design, process and procedure redesign, strategic planning, and coaching. Kelly earned an M.A. from the University of Chicago Crown School of Social Work and a B.A. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
